Peanut Butter Pancakes



2 C. flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp. baking power
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
2 C. milk
1/3 C. chopped peanuts

In a large bowl combine flour and other dry ingredients. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and peanut butter until combined. Stir in milk gradually. Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture. Batter will be lumpy. Add peanuts. Batter will be thin but will thicken slightly after standing a few minutes. Makes 16 1/4 C. pancakes.On a medium heat griddle. Enjoy!
