HONEY AND BRAN MUFFINS

1/2 cup honey
1 cup flour
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups bran
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Mix with the bran; add other ingredients.
Place in greased or paper-lined muffin pans and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Makes about 16 muffins.
